Tilberedning
Dup kødet tørt med køkkenrulle. Krydr med salt og peber.
Rul skiverne om fyld af persille, rodfrugter, krydderurter, soltørrede tomater eller andet.
Varm fedtstoffet i en gryde ved god varme – smør og margarine skal være gyldent, olie skal være varm.
Brun kødet på alle sider, tilsæt 2 dl vand. Skru ned til svag varme, læg låg på og lad det simre. Kødet skal være helt mørt.
